Round Four Summary

Round Four of the Allstar UK sponsored Youth Development Series was held on 13th/14th March 2010 at Strathallan School. - a completely new venue for us and one which proved to be a real winner - with numbers up on previous rounds this year.
A warm welcome from everyone at the school was matched by some lovely spring weather - long overdue after such a long and cold winter!
As usual the event wouldn't run at all without the help of our many volunteers and we can't thank you all enough for sticking with us to make the YDS a successful set of events for our young fencers - our long term sponsors Allstar UK, the referees, DT'ers, caterers, check in people (and everyone else) are all truly top notch and we know the fencers appreciate all of your collective efforts..

We are gearing up already for the Gala final round at Dollar, but if we can we would love to go back to Strathallan again next year if you'll have us - many many thanks to all at the School and particularly to resident coach Dr Stephen Ferguson for arrangiing this for us.
